Pay your invoice

Thank you for choosing us to help with your claim. Here’s everything you need to pay, step by step.

You only pay if you’ve been awarded Nothing is owed unless the DWP has awarded Attendance Allowance. If your claim was turned down, you don’t owe anything, and you can ignore this page.

Pay by card

The quickest way to pay. Please pay within 14 days of the date on your DWP decision letter.

Pay £299 securely by card

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see your card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work on supported phones. Please have your invoice number ready — it’s in your invoice email.

Someone paying for you?

That’s fine. A son, daughter, partner, friend or neighbour can pay by card or from their own bank account. Just make sure they have your invoice number.

Stay safe from scams Our bank details will not change. If you get a message saying they have, please don’t pay. Ring us first on 01946 758199.
